2010-02-02 - The collection of the famous Vatican Museums is to be joined by the art work “Angel’s Wing II” created by Violeta Juškutė, one of the brightest figures on the Lithuanian modern art scene. This art work is a present from Lithuanian capital Vilnius and project Gold of Lithuania to Vatican. The present will remind of the pilgrimage of the Lithuanian yachtsmen in the Mediterranean Sea that took place in Summer 2009 to commemorate the Millennium of Lithuania.  more |

2009-04-27 - Stasys Juškus Gallery is to present the artists it patronises in the International Art Fair ARTVILNIUS’09 that will take place in Vilnius this Summer. The Gallery intends to honour the first Baltic top-level art fair by introducing the representatives of Classic and Modern Lithuanian painting school. The event, one of the highlights the programme Vilnius - European Capital of Culture 2009, will be arranged in Vilnius LITEXPO Exhibition Centre on 8-12 July. more |

2007-12-18 - The industrialists will meet Christmas Season with a charitable art auction. The traditional awards show of the Confederation of Industrialists will be finalised by the auction, the profit of which will be donated for the support of gifted and talented children. The Baltic art management pioneers Artbaltics.com and Stasys Juškus Gallery, organising the charitable event, do expect it to become a nice tradition in future. more |

2007-04-14 - Even three artworks of the Lithuanian artists were selected by the experts of the London’s Tate Modern Museum, Sotheby's auction and Milan triennial to be displayed in the exhibition of the best artworks of the world. The artworks of thirty-six artists from all round the world were selected out of 200 artworks and will together form the exposition of ART FOR AID project, the funds collected for which will be allocated for charity. The project uniting art and charity has been initiated by the Junior Chamber International (JCI), global federation of young entrepreneurs and leaders; UNICEF organisation and project patron Amsterdam City Mayor. The project is also supported by the Dutch Royal Family. more |

2007-02-02 - The interior of SEB Vilnius Private Banking Department, located in the new premises, has been decorated by the art works of Lithuanian painting classics. The paintings for the Department, which provides customer service for VIP clients, were selected by Stasys Juskus Gallery, the oldest private art gallery in Vilnius. It is planned to change the exposition of the best know Lithuanian painters’ works in the bank every three months. more |

2006-09-07 - Newly-established liaisons with Noortman Master Paintings, world’s Master painting dealer, could enable Stasys Juskus Gallery to open the treasury of world fine art classics. The meetings and talks recently held in Maastricht between Noortman Master Paintings and Stasys Juskus Gallery will hopefully turn to a potential future liaisons that could open a true fine arts treasury to the Baltic States collectors as Noortman Master Paintings is proud to have in its collection the works of Rembrandt, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Camille Pissarro, Jan Breughel and other Masters of fine arts. The key piece of news in this year’s art world was the merger of Noortman Master Paintings and Sotheby‘s auction in June. Stasys Juskus Gallery expects not only to present Western classics to the fine arts lovers in the Baltics and but also to develop the market of artwork auctions there. more |
